The Drouin Anglican Op Shop and Warehouse has two sites in Drouin. The first is our shop which is located at 57 Commercial Pl Drouin and the second is our warehouse, which is located at 65 Roberts Court Drouin. Both locations are open to the public.

If you made your order with parcel post please allow a delivery time of 2-5 business days within Victoria and 4-7 business days for interstate delivery.
If you made your order using express post, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to arrive.
All payments are to be made through our online store, as we do not hold goods, this covers us from purchasers from not turning up.
We endeavour to make sure that our items are as described, we have put in place guidelines to make sure that the item is double checked before it is listed and that it is again checked before it is packed and sent. Please refer to our refund policy for items damaged in transition.
Yes if the amount of items do not cost above the cost of our standard rate we can pack 1 or more items together. If this does exceed the cost we will try and help to minimise your costs for packaging.
Please be aware that different branding of clothing, from different countries, may not fit a size 12, for an Australian made item, as opposed to a US item listed as a size 12. It is not our responsibility to make you aware of this. However we will endeavour in our description of our items, take photos of all tags relating to the size of the item and list this with our photos.
Our postage days are Wednesday and Fridays so once your payment has been received it will be checked, packed and sent on the next postal day. Please note that we can’t control the postage of your item once it has been lodged with Australia post, due to the current Pandemic, items may take longer to arrive than in normal times.
All of our items are cleaned and checked for stains and marks, we are aiming to provide an item that meets our tough standards, so you, the purchaser, are happy with your purchase. As for COVID 19 our items are sold with all protocols and guidelines off selling 2nd hand goods followed. Your health and safety are very important to our organisation.
